I want to complement you and your company on the wonderful service of Todd Howard and two people who helped him. Everybody was very nice and went beyond what I normally expect. My old system went out before we arrived Friday night of July 4th. I called Saturday morning and he came out to inspect it within a couple of hours. My old compressor died. I bought a new system from your firm and he worked since early this morning installing it.
You pick me up as a new customer when you purchased Answer Heat & A/C in Charleston. When ever you switch you are nervous about the new company. I am so happy you took over and look forward to working with you for a long time. I will be happy to be a recommendation if you would like one from me.

Back on June 5 we were in our villa in Hilton Head when the AC stopped working. With the inside temperature at 84 degrees and rising I put in a call in to Superior for Sunday emergency service. Ronnie took my call in a calm cool fashion and provided some great early diagnostic advice in an attempt to possibly prevent a tech having to come out. As it was late in the day, she even provided me her personal cell phone number so that I could reach her later after doing some testing to provide her with results and so that we could discuss next steps..
